2. No Emergency Services
THE PLATFORM IS NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
If you are experiencing any medical emergency including but not limited to:
- Chest pain
- Stroke symptoms
- Severe bleeding
- Difficulty breathing
- Loss of consciousness
- Suicidal thoughts
- Seizures
- Serious injury
Immediately contact local emergency services (911, 112, or your local emergency number) or visit the nearest emergency room.
OPD Telemedicine shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the Platform during emergency situations.

3. No Guaranteed Diagnosis or Treatment
Telemedicine has limitations. Consultations conducted through audio, video, or chat may not be equivalent to physical examination or in-person medical evaluation.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Doctors may provide only an initial or preliminary diagnosis.
- Recommendations are based solely on information provided by the user.
- Certain medical conditions cannot be diagnosed remotely.
- Users may be advised to seek in-person medical care, laboratory testing, imaging, or specialist consultation.
- OPD Telemedicine does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, recovery, cure, or treatment outcomes.

Use of the Platform does not automatically establish an ongoing doctor-patient relationship.
